MEMBERSHIP UPDATE 2018/2019

It is for sure a busy time of year as we approach the end of the Membership year and a lot of things for Members to remember.
To help you all with this process and to ensure that it is as smooth a transition to 2018/2019 Membership as we can make it, we would like to provide you with the following understanding of the various aspects of Membership logistics we are currently working through:
- Membership Renewal. Please ensure that you return your forms and payment in a timely manner so we can prepare appropriately for you. Those wishing to pay by Direct Debit, you are welcome to do so – a $200 Once Off Administration Fee will apply. APPLICATION FORM, DIRECT DEBIT FORM
- Membership Reimbursable Forms. These are now overdue. Return at your earliest so your bank details can be lodged for payment. Payment will be made to eligible accounts by the 30th July, 2018. Ensure your house account is paid in full by 21st July. REIMBURSABLE PAYMENT FORM
- Waive Eligible Reimbursable Payment for 2018/2019 Membership. If you wish to waive your due payment on eligible reimbursable spend (unused spend is strictly excluded), please complete the form acknowledging that you will not receive a payment to your bank account and will prefer to allocate this to your forward Membership. - House Account Forms. If you would like a house account or wish to continue with your house account, a completed application form and direct debit agreement is required. HOUSE ACCOUNT APPLICATION , DIRECT DEBIT AGREEMENT
- Locker Hire. From the 1st July, lockers will be available to all Members for a nominal fee of $50 per year. Download your form and return by 30 June. Alternatively, if you no longer wish to keep a locker, please return your key to the letterbox at Reception. LOCKER RENTAL
- Membership Kits. Your new Membership card, cart registration sticker, Member Handbook, pin placement sheets and Member Referral Form will be available to collect from membership from the 2nd July. You will be required to sign for your pack.
Additionally, we are in the process of migrating our back of house Membership module with MiClub and changing everyone’s categories to their new Membership. Tee sheet templates and booking schedules are also being updated accordingly to the new category inclusions. Please bear with us during this process and be patient with our staff who are all working hard for your enjoyment, we are doing this to improve our service to Members.
